PRICE
All prices shown on the website is in USD.

DEPOSIT
It’s required to deposit 30 – 50% of the tour price at least. The amount of deposit will be a booking confirmation. The balance can be paid before your departure date or in cash on your arrival in Vietnam.

PAYMENT
You can pay us through bank transfer, online payment, and cash. Please note that the bank fee/transaction fee will be paid by your side.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Train/Flight Tickets:
Please note that train and flight tickets are non-refundable. If you cancel your tour, the full cost of these tickets must be paid.

Land Tour Cancellation Charges:

45 days prior to arrival date: No cancellation charge.
44 – 30 days prior to arrival date: 10% of land tour cost
29 – 15 days prior to arrival date: 20% of land tour cost
14 – 8 days prior to arrival date: 50% of land tour cost
7 days prior to arrival date: 100 % of land tour cost
