PRICE
All prices shown on the website is in USD.

DEPOSIT
It’s required to deposit 30 – 50% of the tour price at least. The amount of deposit will be a booking confirmation. The balance can be paid before your departure date or in cash on your arrival in Vietnam.

PAYMENT
You can pay us through bank transfer, online payment, and cash. Please note that the bank fee/transaction fee will be paid by your side.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER’S SIDE
Regarding Train/Flight tickets it’s required to pay full charge if you cancel your tour. Please find the cancellation policy for Land tour services below:
– 25 days before your departure date: No charge
– From 25 to 15 days ago: lost deposit
– From 15 to 10 days ago: 50% of total tour price
– From 6 to 10 days ago: charge 30% of total tour price
– 5 days before: 100% charge of total tour price.
